About me

Here is an overview of my activities

Research

My current research focuses on knowledge graphs, data integration and graph neural networks. My main application domain is on enabling automation in large organizations through smarter data management. I am also interested in applying our research to other areas like Cultural Heritage, Agriculture, improving organizations in general.

I am a member of the Web³ team at the LIRMM lab of the University of Montpellier.

I am an advisor for Ensie Raaoufi who is a PhD student in my team at LIRMM. Her work focuses on the application of Graph Neural Networks for data linking in Knowledge Graphs. She conducts her research as part of the Dace-DL ANR funded research project.

Teaching

2022-2023

The Knowledge Graph Conference

In 2019, while a faculty at Columbia University in the City of New York, I have founded KGC, the Knowledge Graph Conference. I have led the program committee since then. The conference runs every year in May, in New York City (when there is no pandemic) and online. The conference organization provides several resources to learn and discuss around everything related to knowledge graphs:

The next conference will be on May 8-12 2023, at Cornell Tech in New York City and online.
